Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant responsible for end-to-end financial management and compliance support across assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to manage contract documents and billing processes
• Maintain project financial records and oversee contract compliance
• Collaborate with finance teams on reporting, audits, and project financial health assessments

Required Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Commitment to ethical business practices and teamwork in a diverse environment
