Project Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant responsible for end-to-end financial management and compliance support across assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Managers to support contract documents, change orders, and billing
• Maintain project financial records and oversee contract compliance
• Monitor financial metrics and participate in project kick-off meetings for administrative readiness

Required Qualifications:

• Two-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint is a plus
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
