Project Accountant Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant/Billing for an Engineering Firm in Eastern or Central Time Zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and sending accurate invoices in a timely manner based on contract terms and project progress
• Coordinating with Project Managers and Subconsultants to ensure billing accuracy and compliance
• Reviewing Accounts Receivable, assisting in collection efforts, and preparing necessary reports

Required Qualifications:

• Financial or analytical degree and 3+ years of related experience
• Experience with complex, high volume, and large dollar invoices
• Strong financial acumen and excellent technology skills
