Project Accountant II

Job Summary

Managing project financials remotely, the full-time Project Accountant II will oversee project setup, invoicing, and closure, while collaborating with Project Managers to ensure timely client billing and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• System management of projects, including setup, maintenance, invoicing, and closure
• Partner with Project Managers to finalize and submit client invoices monthly
• Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) and aging Accounts Receivables (AR) while providing audit support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with project accounting and financial management
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Vantagepoint
• Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
