Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Assistant - Biller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Add/update project activity in Deltek Vision and prepare invoice packages for Project Managers
  • Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and maintain project billing files
  • Support project budgeting, forecasting, and assist in accounts receivable reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 1-2+ years of related experience in project accounting
  • Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is highly desired
  • Proficient Excel skills are required
  • Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus
  • Client-focused with a commitment to ethical practices and collaboration
