Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Assistant - Biller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Add/update project activity in Deltek Vision and prepare invoice packages for approval
  • Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and maintain project billing files
  • Support project budgeting, forecasting, and assist in accounts receivable reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 1-2+ years of related experience
  • Strong background in collections is required
  • Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is highly desired
  • Proficient Excel skills are required; Deltek Vision knowledge is a plus
  • Prevailing Wage knowledge/experience is a plus but not required
