Project Accounting Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller, Project Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports and coordinate tasks for timely and accurate client accounting and reporting
• Promote positive customer service and maintain open communication with Property Management
• Develop and facilitate training for accountants on real estate accounting processes and policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 10+ years of experience
• Previous management experience is required; CPA license preferred
• Experience leading a team of accountants in financial preparation for various projects
• In-depth understanding of accounting methods and financial principles
• Ability to work independently and handle complex issues with a proactive approach
