Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client communication

  • Assist with project set-up, account reconciliations, and financial audits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
  • No prior experience required; accounting/finance experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the engineering/construction industry is required
  • Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision is preferred
