Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to join their team remotely in the Central time zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure timely billing and collections
  • Assist in project setup and perform account reconciliations while supporting annual financial audits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
  • No prior experience required, but any accounting/finance experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the engineering/construction or services industry is required
  • Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision is preferred
