Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to join their team remotely in the Central time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the project billing process, including invoicing and client communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients to ensure timely billing and collections
- Assist in project setup and perform account reconciliations while supporting annual financial audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience
- No prior experience required, but any accounting/finance experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the engineering/construction or services industry is required
- Knowledge of accounting systems such as Deltek Vision is preferred
