Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Coordinator to support financial administration of projects from contract setup through closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts and project setup by reviewing contracts and ensuring accurate data entry in Vantagepoint
  • Support billing accuracy and project financial operations by confirming project setup aligns with invoicing requirements
  • Improve the system by maintaining organized project documentation and identifying gaps in workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, project accounting, contract administration, or billing preferred
  • Experience with ERP or project accounting systems; Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of project-based accounting and billing concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project accounting or ERP systems
