Project Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and proactive Project Accounting Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee project financial performance, revenue forecasting, and Deltek Vantagepoint administration while collaborating closely with project managers and executive leadership to enhance project profitability and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project financial performance by monitoring budgets, labor utilization, and profitability
- Develop and maintain company-wide project revenue forecasts and prepare forecasting reports for leadership
- Administer Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring proper project setup and governance procedures are followed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- 3 years of experience as an ERP administrator with ERP training
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience using AI, automation, or data analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
