Project Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical and proactive Project Accounting Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee project financial performance, revenue forecasting, and Deltek Vantagepoint administration while collaborating with project managers and executive leadership to enhance project profitability and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project financial performance by monitoring budgets, labor utilization, and profitability while providing financial guidance to project managers
• Develop and maintain company-wide project revenue forecasts and prepare comprehensive forecasting reports for leadership
• Serve as the primary Deltek Vantagepoint subject matter expert, ensuring proper project setup and leading system enhancements and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 3 years of ERP administrator experience and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) training required
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or data analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making
