Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Specialist - Project Activations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Controls Team to activate projects based on contract terms
Review new project contracts, budgets, and maintain Master Service Contracts (MSA) documentation
Update client information in the client records and participate in program and project meetings as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum of one (1) year experience with contracts and contract reviews
Familiarity with Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or Environmental firms is a plus
Experience with Deltek Vision or similar Management Information System preferred
Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent) required
Project accounting experience in the past is preferred
