Project Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Specialist - Project Setups.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Controls Team to approve and activate projects
• Review new project contracts, budgets, and Master Service Contracts (MSA) while maintaining MSA documents
• Update client information in the client info center and complete necessary client documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience with contracts and contract reviews
• Familiarity with Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or Environmental firms is a plus
• Experience with Deltek Vision or similar Management Information Systems preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent) required
