Project Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with project managers and accounting teams, the full-time hourly Project Accounting Specialist will review contracts, activate projects, and maintain client information remotely within the Rockies region or Southwest.

Key responsibilities:

• Review new project contracts and budgets, ensuring compliance with billing requirements
• Maintain and update client information in the Vision client information center
• Participate in program and project meetings as needed, providing support and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience with contracts and contract reviews
• Familiarity with Architectural, Engineering, Construction, or Environmental firms is a plus
• Experience with Deltek Vision or similar Management Information Systems preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Minimum of a High School diploma (or GED equivalent) required
