Job Summary

Project Administrator will work full-time in a remote capacity, supporting the Compliance Assurance National Program with project coordination tasks including invoicing, monitoring performance indicators, and maintaining project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with contract administration, including drafting and tracking contract documents
  • Support project setup in internal systems and coordinate project communication and deadlines
  • Track project progress and assist with invoice preparation and accounts payable coordination
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative support or project administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools
  • Basic understanding of contracts, proposals, or project financials
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
