Job Summary
Supporting the Mission Critical Team, the full-time Project Administrator will manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and streamline project activities to ensure efficient operations in the Columbus, OH area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain team schedules and overall calendar, arranging meetings and travel itineraries
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
- Assist with project activity streamlining to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a high-pressure environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate and book travel for multiple team members
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time
