Job Summary
Supporting financial forecasting and project coordination, the full-time Project Administrator will manage order entry, revenue tracking, and liaise with multiple teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate financial reporting and project management tasks across various business units
- Analyze revenue data and manage project timelines to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Serve as the primary liaison between service staff, customers, and subcontractors to communicate scheduling and project updates
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in service order administration
- Proficiency in Office365, Oracle, and ERP systems
- Knowledge of basic accounting or financial principles
- Experience with project coordination and scheduling
