Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Administrator - Mission Critical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain schedules and overall team calendar, including arranging meetings and travel itineraries
  • Handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, while assisting with project activity streamlining
  • Compile data for reports, order office supplies, and coordinate team events and onboarding for new hires
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to coordinate travel for multiple team members and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Currently authorized to work in the U.S. full-time
