Project Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the salaried Project Analyst will provide project analysis and support to the project team remotely, focusing on job setups, rate changes, customer invoicing, and job cost/variance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage processes effectively to ensure completion of work assignments
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of processes or procedures
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to assist assigned department/project

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of related work experience
• Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (PCs, Tablets, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in an assigned function (e.g., Accounting, Engineering, Project Management)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
