Project Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure project profitability, the remote full-time Project Analyst will manage communications between the National PMO and Operations teams, oversee document distribution, and assist with data analysis and internal documentation maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Operations offices to gather timely feedback and broadcast critical documents
• Collaborate with team members for report reviews and ensure data accuracy
• Lead beta testing of applications and maintain updated contact information for Operations teams

Required qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience using AI tools to streamline operations
• Telecom industry experience preferred
