Project Analyst

Job Summary

To support the IT Supply Chain team, the contract Project Analyst will analyze and optimize supply chain processes, manage requests using Service Now, and create detailed project plans using Atlassian Jira while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Analyst or similar role, focusing on supply chain processes
• Strong proficiency in using Service Now for managing requests and tickets
• Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira for Agile project management
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
