Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting project delivery teams, the remote Project Analyst will assist Program/Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting while ensuring timely project execution and communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting for projects
• Assist in managing project schedules and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders
• Develop reporting standards and communication plans to enhance project execution

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in IT or engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in IT within a projectized environment
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Projects and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interact confidently with management and stakeholders at all levels
