Job Summary

Managing inventory operations for card manufacturing, the full-time Project Analyst II will focus on inventory analysis, forecasting, and process improvement while collaborating with internal and external partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and manage excess or obsolete inventory
• Develop and enhance forecasting models and inventory management processes
• Leverage data analysis tools to generate reports and provide actionable insights on inventory trends

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and large datasets
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide recommendations
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently as a self-starter
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
