Project Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting customer experience and implementation initiatives, the full-time Project Analyst will manage platform operations, track issue resolution, and collaborate with project managers in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage platform operations and track customer-related issues, including bugs and feature requests
• Provide Smartsheet administration and support for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs, training materials, and customer-facing documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a software support or data structuring role
• Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle or a demonstrated interest in the field
• Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, HubSpot, and cloud-based project documentation platforms
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in business management, product management, or a related technical field preferred
