Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Analyst - Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, coordinating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts
• Review contracts and amendments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for projects
• Analyze data to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required
• Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
