Project Analyst - AR Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Revenue Cycle team, the full-time Remote Project Analyst - AR Specialist will serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, managing invoicing, data analysis, and financial quality control for clinical trial studies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts
• Review contracts and work orders to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of projects
• Utilize data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Moderate Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus, but not required
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
