Project Analyst - M&A

Job Summary

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Project Analyst - M&A will manage integration-related activities, conduct due diligence for acquisition projects, and coordinate data mapping exercises to ensure successful transitions of customer data to Labcorp systems.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate integration activities within a project team to meet defined timelines
• Engage with multiple disciplines to conduct due diligence and draft diligence reports
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and escalate significant issues to the team Manager

Required qualifications

• Experience in project management or related field
• Ability to write concise summaries and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with data mapping and integration processes
• Motivated and confident in engaging with external counterparts and cross-functional teams
