- Build and maintain strong partnerships and collaboration across the organization
- Provide expert guidance and analysis on project KPIs, forecasts, and operational efficiency
- Conduct audits and deliver thorough analysis of project data and trends
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in operational/business/data analytics roles in the healthcare or technology industry
- 2+ years of experience with NPI research related to record retrieval
- Experience with Medical Records Retrieval
- Advanced level of experience in MS Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Proven knowledge of relational databases, data loads, and data extracts
