Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation
• 5-7 years of experience with production processes, quality control, and cost optimization
• 5-7 years of proficiency with computer software, including word processing and presentation software
• Proficient in project scheduling and tracking tools for managing timelines and resources
• Skilled in using Gantt chart-based project planning tools for multi-phase projects
