Job Summary

Managing onboarding processes for AI and data collection projects, the full-time Project Associate - Night Shift will create workflows, maintain learning materials, and evaluate contributor performance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Set up workflows and launch materials for new projects while ensuring alignment with project requirements
• Create and maintain enablement materials, including modules, quizzes, and knowledge checks
• Evaluate contributor qualifications, manage access, and respond to onboarding-related inquiries

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a metric-driven environment such as operations or customer support
• Moderate to advanced Excel and Power BI skills for building trackers and reporting
• Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLMs and data relevance
• Experience with ticketing or contributor support platforms
• Flexibility to work a night shift schedule
