Project-Based Learning Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Project-Based Learning Instructional Designer & Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Design rigorous, agency-building PBL units and create supporting materials for classroom implementation
• Coach teachers in developing structures for student ownership and facilitate planning and workshops
• Recruit partner schools, coordinate professional development, and manage ongoing support and communication

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in PBL design or implementation in elementary/middle grades
• Preference for strong expertise in science and math
• Proven ability to create clear, replicable instructional materials and systems
• Experience in recruiting and supporting partner schools or programs
• Commitment to equitable, real-world learning that fosters student agency and independence
