Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Based Packaging Designer for a high-impact, short-term creative project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Synthesize existing design ideas and AI references into original illustrative concepts
• Develop and iterate on 3-4 distinct options for the Phoenix and Fire artwork
• Prepare first-round designs for review within the first two weeks of the project
• Ensure final assets are technically sound and ready for production use

Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, with all final work in a production-ready vector format
• Ability to create dynamic, high-detail illustrations focused on elemental effects
• Ability to work within a condensed 4-week timeline and meet mid-project milestones
• Strong ability to take creative direction and feedback from the design team
