Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare client invoices in accordance with contract terms
Reconcile unbilled activity and process contract closeouts
Provide month-end reporting on project performance and participate in audits

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
5 years' experience as a Project Accountant, Billing Coordinator, or in Accounts Receivable
Minimum of 3 years of progressive professional accounting experience in a Federal contractor environment
Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP system (Projects Module)
Strong Excel knowledge for data analysis
