Job Summary
Collaborating across departments, the remote Project Brand Manager will manage creative requests, oversee project timelines, and enhance operational efficiency to ensure consistent brand experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for creative requests, ensuring projects enter the creative queue with complete, actionable information
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and workflows using Monday.com, while keeping stakeholders informed and projects progressing
- Identify opportunities for campaigns and creative assets to work across multiple channels and business initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, creative operations, or integrated marketing environments
- Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational skills
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize competing demands effectively
- Experience in creative, marketing, hospitality, or consumer brand environments preferred
