Job Summary
To support a dynamic and growing projects team, the full-time remote Project Buyer will procure and manage the supply chain of goods and services, ensuring project delivery schedules, cost efficiency, and quality goals are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive procurement plan to ensure timely purchase orders aligned with project schedules and budgets
- Manage supplier records and purchasing systems, including issuing purchase orders and coordinating invoice resolution activities
- Lead negotiations for product and service procurement, maintaining a quote library and ensuring compliance with procurement processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Engineering) from an accredited university/college
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within a project execution-driven organization
- Working knowledge of SAP purchasing systems
