Project Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Change Management Analyst - IT to drive significant transformation initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change communications, adoption, and workforce readiness for IT transformation initiatives
• Monitor user adoption trends and gather feedback to improve engagement and change acceptance
• Track workforce readiness and report on key performance indicators related to IT delivery milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation roles, preferably within IT
• 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives
• 3-5 years of familiarity with agile technology delivery methodologies
• Experience with Power BI, SQL analytics, and Microsoft Office for reporting and communications
