Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Business, Food Science)
• 6+ years of experience in project management, commercialization, or operations
• Experience in project portfolio governance or I2M framework implementation
• People management experience preferred
• PMP certification is a plus
