Project Commercialization Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an R&D Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive consistency and quality in project execution using appropriate methodologies and tools
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks while providing status updates and leading cross-functional meetings
• Ensure operational readiness for project launches and guide projects through the stage gate process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or 7 years of relevant project management experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of relevant business processes and technology solutions
• PMP Certification preferred; experience in CPG or food manufacturing is a plus
