Job Summary

Supporting a major financial services transformation initiative, the full-time Project Communications Analyst will manage project coordination activities, develop executive-facing presentations, and draft stakeholder communications in a remote contract role lasting approximately 3-4 months with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities
  • Support project coordination activities across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and update executive-facing PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials
  • Draft stakeholder communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or change management support
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-ready presentations
  • Experience organizing information and translating complex topics into clear messaging
  • Professional presence and comfort working with senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI productivity tools is beneficial
