Project Consultant - Texas

Job Summary

To support innovative cancer care delivery, the full-time salaried Project Consultant - Texas will manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, collaborating with clinical leaders and operational teams to implement value-driven care models while working remotely within Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the ideation and implementation of innovative care models across various settings and service lines
• Manage large and small-scale programs/projects, ensuring quality and timely deliverables
• Develop outcomes metrics and facilitate educational events to promote initiatives and report progress to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in performance improvement, research, or consulting, including project management and change management
• Experience working collaboratively with physicians to lead healthcare change management preferred
• Master's Degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, PPM, CMP, or equivalent
