Project Control Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting project teams in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Project Control Analyst 3 will monitor project schedules, costs, and performance, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope while providing essential analytical support and financial tracking for government contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and expenses, using various project control tools
• Track and report on contract progress, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions as necessary
• Prepare financial deliverables, develop Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EACs), and maintain project documentation

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a Project Control Analyst/Project Financial Analyst role with government service contracts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in financial modeling
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition policies
• Knowledge of various contract types (CPFF, CPIF, T&M, FFP) and contract administration
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
