Project Control Manager

Job Summary

To support a child support modernization project, the full-time remote Project Control Manager will oversee the Master Project Schedule, manage project controls governance, and ensure alignment with project objectives through effective scheduling, resource planning, and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all project workstreams and stakeholders
• Monitor project performance against schedule, scope, and budget baselines while developing executive dashboards and status reports
• Establish project control protocols for risk, issue, scope, and change management, ensuring compliance with governance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in project controls, PMO, or program management for large-scale initiatives
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or comparable enterprise scheduling tools
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and change requests across multiple vendors and stakeholders
