Project Control Manager

Job Summary

Leading project controls for a child support modernization initiative, the full-time remote Project Control Manager will manage the Master Project Schedule, oversee governance processes, and ensure successful project delivery through effective resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all project workstreams and stakeholders
• Monitor project performance against approved baselines and develop executive dashboards and status reports
• Establish project control protocols for risk, issue, scope, and change management while supporting PMO governance activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in project controls or program management
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or comparable enterprise scheduling tools
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and change requests in large-scale technology initiatives
