Project Control Principal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Project Control Analyst to support various contract types and manage financial information for projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cost control systems to provide accurate financial information
• Perform planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting for diverse projects, ensuring compliance with financial policies
• Facilitate the development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and conduct independent data analysis for project performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in government contract financial management
• Familiarity with various contract types, including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price, and Time and Material contracts
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis, particularly using advanced Excel
• Knowledge of federal government contracting principles and regulations is preferred
