Project Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Control Specialist to support strategic construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project controls execution across project and corporate teams
• Oversee scheduling, cost forecasting, progress measurement, and cash flow updates
• Act as subject matter expert on project controls and contractual/commercial compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related field (Preferred)
• Experience in project controls on major construction projects
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 (required)
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Strong understanding of construction contracting methodologies (EPC, Lump Sum, Unit Price, Time & Material, Cost Plus, etc.)
