Project Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Control Specialist IV responsible for project controls related work on strategic construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute project controls, including scheduling and cost functions from development to project close-out
• Provide training and guidance on project controls and the Document Management System
• Monitor project performance, analyze risks, and prepare detailed project estimates and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, technical, engineering, construction, project management, or related area preferred
• Prior experience in project controls for major projects or related experience
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software; experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier preferred
• Experience with Earned Value Management System for measuring project progress and performance
• Knowledge of construction contracting methodologies and corporate financial reporting requirements
