Project Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Control Specialist to lead scheduling and cost functions for strategic construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project estimates and ongoing forecasts, ensuring accuracy in cash flow and contingency planning
• Perform detailed reviews using Oracle Primavera P6 to monitor compliance with contractual dates and validate field progress
• Act as the lead resource for contractual and commercial terms, negotiating change orders and overseeing the Document Management System

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6
• Experience in project controls and accounting
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Experience in interfacing with corporate accounting and finance teams
