Project Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Controller to join their Data Center development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Oversight: Manage cost and commercial processes, ensuring project forecasts align with funding and close-out activities
• Drive Change Control: Support budget revisions, review contractor invoices, and identify potential risks or changes
• Ensure Governance & Compliance: Develop governance materials and ensure projects operate within approved parameters and standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in mission-critical construction projects, particularly in corporate real estate or military settings
• Proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and cost control systems such as Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate independently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications like PMP or P.E. are desirable
