Project Controller

Job Summary

To lead federal project delivery for CMS, HHS, and DoD clients, the full-time Project Controller will manage audit, compliance, and performance oversight engagements remotely, utilizing project management and client relationship skills while interfacing with government representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct a team on project deliverables and oversee deliverable reviews and performance monitoring
• Provide communication to the Contracting Officer's Representative through monthly progress reports and quarterly executive briefings
• Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Project Management Plans, and Risk Management Plans for all supported contracts

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in government contracting, healthcare, or IT services
• Experience with FAR-based contracts, including risk management and quality assurance
• Familiarity with federal contracting terminology and CPARS reporting
• HHS/CMS Contractor Information Security, Privacy, and Records Management training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
